These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SessionOS™ ("the Tool"), an invoicing and job-management workspace provided by byNadiaBlanco™ ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to or using the Tool, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
SessionOS™ is operated by byNadiaBlanco™, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Our trading address is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. You can contact us at info@nadiablanco.com.
SessionOS™ is a web-based software tool for session nail artists, providing job management, day-rate and overtime calculation, usage and licensing fees, expense tracking, multi-currency support and branded PDF invoicing.
Access is offered in the following ways:
Your access is for your own individual professional use. You may not share, resell, sublicense or distribute your login or access to others.
You create an account with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the price shown.
The annual subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled. We will charge the payment method on file at the start of each renewal period. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for part-used subscription periods, except as set out in section 5.
If we change the subscription price, we will give you reasonable notice before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before renewing if you do not wish to continue.
Because SessionOS™ is a digital service delivered instantly, the following applies:
You agree to use SessionOS™ lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the Tool or its underlying systems, or use it in any way that could harm us or other users.
We aim to keep SessionOS™ available and working reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Tool is provided "as is". We may update, improve or change features over time. From time to time the Tool may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
The information you enter into SessionOS™ — your jobs, clients, rates and invoices — belongs to you. We store it securely to provide the service and to sync it across your devices. For details of how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
If you cancel your subscription, your data remains available to you for a reasonable period, and you may request a copy of it at any time. We recommend you keep your own backups of important business information; while we take care to protect your data, we are not liable for loss of data outside our reasonable control.
SessionOS™ is a tool to help you manage your work and produce invoices; it does not provide financial, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own business decisions, rates, invoices and records. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Tool. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the Tool after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
